This item is correctly derived, resulting in the flash video being out of sync.

What can I do to fix this?

Several other people have had this problem, and they'd probably like to know as well.

Problems with audio-video synchronization can be maddening.

(oh yeah, and I switched to uploading by FTP like you advised. Seems to have increased the speed of my uploads as well. Thanks for recommending using FTP to me!).
